I agree that the government should get involved because as a jamaican living in europe germany sweden and allot more countriesare ones making money off it i recently went to a annual reggae festival in belgium and im told its government who keep the event and for a turnout of at least 20 000 people thats say 1 million euro allot of people selling our jamaican craft and if you speak to them there not jamaican or you see allot of people selling jerk chicken with title jamaican jerky and there not so here you see how other caribbean countries such as curacao and suriname people can easily mislead people that there jamaican and they make money from our culture and i see people loving our culture and our music alot of people can even talk like us now and even doing music you have people people from all over doing reggae music and is reaching much further places. 1 point i want to make is ive been around allot of jamaican artist over the years and allot of them sell out our culture let it seem like its worth nothing base on fact that things are rough when they dont have proper management or a label and people abroad need to make negotiation they would make a price and the germans for example wud say no thats too much instead of us jamaican artist say no they go for a lower price and then the germans now know they can come with there small money to get songs and then releasing song on there label for saletheres allot need to educate us jamaican of how to get things organised and have management team and register label some germans i met they came and they organised to started a library project in jamaica and goal was to build 3 libraries ive know they compleeted 2 not sure of other thats a good way to give back to country big up to birte from german but government should really step in and help the music to get out more
