Organizations such as the IMF, World Bank…..these entities cripple countries economically. The Prime Minister and all the other ministers are puppets to these organizations, they are put in place to bring the country down. The only people who profit from this destruction is the organization. They could care less about the people. They keep the people fighting among each other, Bob Marley said it well in the song Ambush in the night, ” through political strategy they keep us hungry”. Open up your eyes Jamaica and realize the people who are keeping you down economically and socially is your corrupt government and ministers who are working for the benefit of the IMF and all other global entities. They worship the dollar, they could careless about the people. As long as the people are not united they will continue to oppress.

It’s much more complicated than this. Michael Manley opened up the island totally to Cuba and it’s “friends.” Jamaica played the in between game of both countries and the highest bidder won. Now this writer is playing sour grapes now that Cuba and the US have normalized relations. No more going to the highest bidder as Jamaica has always done. The US doesn’t have to participate in that money game any longer.

I AM SADDENED BY WHAT OVER THE CENTURIES POLITICIANS & BANKERS HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO DO TO THEIR OWN COUNTRIES…
WE MUST BEAR IN MIND THAT THE PEOPLE OF THAT NATION ALLOW IT TO HAPPEN… WITH A VERY REVOLUTION OR BY ELECTIONS.
