Caribbean music is rapidly becoming the worlds favorite music around the world including the Republic of Ireland where Jamaican born producer/ singer/ songwriter Dre Kannon is currently making his mark.

 

Sean Paul was one of a few Caribbean artists to receive a number 1 album titled “Dutty Rock” in Ireland back in the early 2000’s. Dre’ who is an artist on the Metro Mixx label plans to bring the Dancehall, Reggae genre to Ireland with own unique style and flows that could bridge the gap in the Irish market.




Dre Kannon releases his 12 track Mixtape Titled: #Stronger on the 11th of March which features remixes of some chart topping songs of today including:

Drake’s One Dance, Controlla, Ed Sheeran – Shape of you, PARTYNEXTDOOR – Only You, STORMZY’s “Big for your boots” & Tyga’s 1 of 1 (Remix) and some original songs which was written and mostly self produced. The Mixtape is a compilation of tracks gathered from 2016 to 2017 to create one body of work.
