Grammy-nominated singer Jah Cure has been added to the line-up for Reggae Sumfest 2017 festival. The festival celebrates its 25th anniversary at Catherine Hall in Montego Bay, St James. The reggae / dancehall crooner will be performing on night two of the event.
“Jah Cure is one of the best reggae artistes that Jamaica has produced and you can look at his music as proof of that. He has been a hit-making machine since he first started and continues to produce hit after hit today,” said Joe Bogdanovich, CEO of Reggae Sumfest and Downsound Entertainment.
Reggae Sumfest 2017 has a lineup of heavyweights. Night one led by Alkaline also features Movado, Bounty Killer, Tory Lanez, Beenie Man, Spice, Tommy Lee Sparta, Masicka, Nigerian Star Patoranking, Devin Di Dakta, Tifa, Jahmiel, Ding Dong, Harry Toddler & Ikel Marvelous featuring Bucky Marshall & Tuffa Lie & John Hype & Shelly Belly & Shankle Dip & Blazzy, Shenseea and TJ.
Night two, which is called Reggae Night, features Sean Paul, Sizzla, Queen Ifrica, Christopher Martin, Dexta Daps, Richie Stephens & The Ska Nation Band, Kabaka Pyramid, Mad Cobra, Feluke, Deep Jahi, Meleku’ and Davianah.
