TRUST ME, the message is inna di music, with 7 crucial cuts and 3 wicked dubs. In a time that is full of hate and division, this project seeks to bridge the gaps and show the inherent unity present in mankind. Coming from a mixed family, with a caribbean (Haitian/Guyanese) Father, Soulfiya was never too far from the ebb and flow of reggae music. He began his career well over a decade ago and quickly developed an original rough ragamuffin delivery with an arsonal of lyrics. Throughout his 4 mixtapes and 2 high profile EPs Fiya’s music blends Reggae, Dancehall, Dub and Hip-Hop to create something rarely seen in American reggae.

Normally a genre dominated by sweet singers and big bands, Soulfiya has been able to carve out a niche and start to introduce audiences to the soundsystem style of Reggae. Soulfiya has been featured on a Billboard Top 10 album (Champion Sound by Skillinjah) and graced the iTunes reggae Top 50 with his debut solo release REALITY. Performing across the continent alongside various DJs and selectas this burgeoning artist continues to gain speed.
