Macka Diamond heartbroken over the murder of fellow artiste, Unicorn.

Macka Diamond, one the top female dancehall artist is in shock and disbelief over the shooting death of her friend, writer, producer and fellow entertainer, Unicorn.

Macka says she is having hard time coming to terms with the fact that someone would murder such a sweet and humble person.

“I’ve known Unicorn for years, from back in days. He was a writer, deejay and producer. He was very hardworking and jovial; him will keep you laughing. He was also hard-headed because once him hold an opinion, him nah go easily change dat. But he was very humble too, as he wrote a lot of songs for many artistes and nuh talk bout it,” Macka Diamond told 18 Karat Reggae.

Macka Diamond collaborated on the song Think bout mi with Unicorn back in 2010.

Unicorn whose real name is Donovan McMurray was shot and killed in Kington on Sunday. He was 43 years old.

Just last week, Vybz Kartel’s producer, Ralston “Tru Blue” Wellington, was also shot and killed in Kingston.
