Demi Lovato was reportedly hospitalized Tuesday in Los Angeles after suffering a possible heroin overdose, according to TMZ.

Lovato, 25, was transported from a residence in Hollywood Hills to an LA-area hospital. The LAPD confirmed to multiple outlets that a “medical emergency” took place in the area at 11:40 AM. Paramedics reportedly found her unconscious and administered Narcan, TMZ reports.

Last month Lovato released a song titled “Sober” in which she apologizes to her parents for no longer being clean.

Lovato has spoken openly about her history of substance abuse. In a tell-all documentary released in late 2017, “Demi Lovato: Simply Complicated,” she admitted that she’d at times claimed to be sober while she was in fact high on cocaine and other drugs.
