Ivanka Trump is threatening to sue Aubrey O’Day over a tweet by the singer that claims that the first daughter was a down low lesbian.
In a tweet after the last presidential debate, Aubrey claimed that “Ivanka is a lesbian on the low.”
In a letter to Aubrey O’Day on Twitter on Saturday, an attorney for the president’s daughter demanded the “false, malicious and defamatory” tweet be deleted and an apology be made to Ivanka.
Marc Kasowitz warned that if the tweet stay up, “we will sue you for what will doubtless be enormous compensatory and punitive damages.”
The tweet as since been deleted from O’Day’s twitter feed which would suggest that the singer did not want to get into any legal wranglings with the Ivanka.
