Buju Banton’s Long Walk to Freedom tour will commence in Jamaica on March 16th at the National Stadium. The tour will then move to Nassau, Bahamas on March 30th at the Thomas A Robinson National Sports complex.
Trinidad and Tobago will get their chance to experience Buju Banton on April 21 at the Queen’s Park Savannah in Port of Spain. This concert leg on the Long Walk to Freedom tour is being called “I Am Legend”.
Promoters for the Trinidad and Tobago concert have already started selling tickets. The tickets are priced at US$58 for general; US$143 for VIP; and US$286 for the VVIP slots. The VIP ticket area is very close to the stage and has its own bar. The VVIP tickets area is even closer to the stage and the ticket cost includes food and drink, private restrooms and free secured parking.
Buju Banton will then be in Barbados on April 27th, performing at the Barbados Reggae Festival at Kensington Oval. This Reggae festival is the biggest annual entertainment even in Barbados.
Buju Banton was released from a United States prison in December 2018 after serving a 10-year sentence on drug related charges.
