She’s Gone, a single by Boom Viniyard is a modern-day classic. The song was written as a duet By Boom Viniyard to be sung by him and Valencia “Red Antz” George. Boom voice the song as a demo to display the melody for Red Antz. When it was time to record the intended version Red Antz got sick. So the song was release solo. Here is the lyrics.

Intro: Runaway, runaway, runaway Love (2x)

Hook: Baby I, miss having you around; How do I catch up to my Love

She’s gone, gone; My Love, is on the run

Baby I, miss having you around; How do I catch up to my Love

My Honey Bun, My Sugar Plum: My Love, come back home

Verse 1: I’m breathing you baby, smelling you baby

Fiending, needing you baby

Missing you baby fiending you baby

Grieving, only you can sooth me

Just say the word and I’ll be there

What you waiting for, I need you here

I thought you knew me better, look out your window deer

I thought you knew me better too, meet me on the stairs

Hook: Baby I, miss having you around; How do I catch up to my Love

She’s gone, gone; My Love, is on the run

Baby I, miss having you around; How do I catch up to my Love

My Honey Bun, My Sugar Plum: My Love, come back home

Verse 2: Alright then, it’s the light show; Tis the night, I let it blow

Take you to the luminous heights, Basking in the sublime light

Gifts of  talents of gold; One 100% for you girl

Our love is out of this world; I go past your heart, straight to your soul

Hook:> Instrumental solo:> Outro.

The riddim track is a Reggae/R&B remake of Bob Marley’s “No Woman No Cry”

An additional G and F note was added to the hook to complement the melody of the song.
