Usain Bolt and Team Jamaica brings Humility to Rio2016
When we think of Usain Bolt’s hotel accommodations in any given situations; we think exclusive 5-Star dibs. Of course, he’s the mega star – fastest man alive Bolt.
That’s not quite the case; Usain and entire Jamaican team stay in a 3-Star budget airport hotel to prepare for Olympics – $136-a-night- Linx Hotel near Rio’s international airport and of course they brought their chef along!
The team will move into the Athletes’ Village on Wednesday. So yes Bolt is definitely world’s most famous athlete, but he chose to stay below expected star ratings hotel; he appeared to be enjoying himself nonetheless! 3 days to go until the Games open on Friday.
Bolt was frank about making it clear, he’s their for the games and it’s about talent period! The Jamaican team’s personal chef appears to make the athletes plenty of chicken and vegetables for their meals. Bolt posted a photo of one of the team’s lunches on Sunday
The moral of this story is, no matter what life hands you, do what you will with it and focus on the goal at hand which in Bolt’s mind is staying atop the Olympics | bring home the goals.
