Vybz Kartel and Alkaline

It seems like Alkaline wasted no time to record his response to Vybz Kartel’s dis song “Closed Casket” which was aimed at the Vendetta Boss. Alkaline is in the studio putting the finishing touch on his response to the World Boss with a song called “Appeal Denied”.

The unfinished song was reportedly leaked online this morning but was quickly taken down less than 15 minutes after going up. It seems like someone might have gotten hold of the song before completion and put it up without Alkaline or the producer’s permission.

According to people that have heard the song, it has Alkaline playing a judge and telling a prisoner that is appeal is denied. The song goes on to mock the prisoner who was so stupid and dunce that his own voice notes were used to convict him of murder. The song also claimed that had the prisoner gone to Campion College instead of Calabar High School, he would have been intelligent enough not to put crucial evidence against himself on voice notes.

Not only is Vybz Kartel planning to file an appeal in 2017 but he is also a Calabar alumni who was convicted of murder with the most damaging evidence being his own voice notes. All of this substantiates that the song is aimed at the Gaza Don.

It is not known when “Parole Denied” will be released but it will be interesting to see how it stacks up against “Closed Casket”.
