Morocco, beginning their first world cup stint in 20 years, are lead by their experienced Juventus star, Medhi Benatia. Benatia has a significant amount of experience with the highest level of club football on the planet, and will look to captain his team from the back, and force a shutout against the determined Iranian squad.
Iran will be looking to grab three points as well, lead by their striker, Sardar Azmoun, the Rubin Kazan star. Azmoun is a prominent striker in Russia’s first division and will look to put his team ahead in today’s game. This face off between each teams captain should make for a compelling match between the two nations.
