Over the years, reggae has had a fair number of influential artists. Superstars like Sizzla, Peter Tosh, Bob Marley, Shabba Ranks and Ninjaman have influenced a slew of other artists.
If the recent rumor is true, however, Vybz Kartel might be the most influential artist of all time. Of course, he has obviously influenced artists like Alkaline, Gage and others who a Rasta like Chronixx might call cannibals. Now the word on the street is, Kartel might even be having an influence on some Rasta artists.
The discussion started after Khago posted a photo without his dreadlocks and looking like what some say is a few shades lighter.
Many fans say he is trying to be the next Kartel or Alkaline.
