For Dancehall fans who were wondering how come the two hottest females in the genre, Shenseea and Spice, never did a song together, Spice took to her Instagram to inform her fans who was responsible for a collab not happening.

“First of all, ah di big belly man make mi nuh do nuh song wid her (Shenseea),” Spice responded to a fan who was inquiring on when to expect a song with the two divas.

It is obvious that Spice was referring to Romeich Major who is Shenseea’s manager and the CEO of Romeich Entertainment.

The queen of the dancehall made it clear that she and Shenseea were supposed to record a song together but that was before Romeich started hating on her.

“The man used to walk and bad mouth me all about and talk all kinda things and seh. All kinda things weh come back to me, so a right deso it start from why the song neva end up doing, becaw the song did fi do,” Spice claimed.

“Me and di girl (Shenseea) a talk bout collaboration. Yes, we talked about it and more than one time. The reason why mi never do the collab ah because a di man (Romeich),” Spice said. “Di man walk a leggo his mouth and talk some things about me weh mi hear back.”

Shenseea might not need Spice as there are rumors that her upcoming album will feature some huge stars, the likes of Drake and 21 Savage.

Fans were also predicting that Drake and Shenseea would be doing a collab after she joked that she was pregnant for the rapper.

Maybe a battle between Shenseea and Spice would be better for dancehall right now than a collaboration. The two could actually be the female version of Beenie Man and Bounty Killer or Vybz Kartel and Mavado. Who knows, maybe their catalog is even strong enough for a Shenseea Verzuz Spice.
